Feasibility Analysis Feasibility studies take market analysis another step. The market revenue forecast is now compared to projections of capital, operating costs and debt service to estimate cash flow and pro forma income. When appropriate, we work with architects, engineers and accountants to determine project costs. This report is primarily used to test the cost-benefit relationship for any project. Economic Forecasting/Packaging Both public and private sector clients are served. The results of an economic development forecast frequently are used as the basis for public sector planning. Secondary statistics are compiled and organized in a format that allows cities and counties to provide marketable packages to the private sector.
